After reading some reviews I thought I would dislike this book， I only read it as I was working my way through all of Mariana Zapata’s collection， but I was pleasantly surprised！ I say read， but I actually listened on audible and I loved it， I loved the story， the narration and I loved Rip。 I will definitely re-read in the future！

（3。5） this is the lowest rating i have given a zapata book， and it’s still a good one， very much a testament to how much i enjoy reading anything she puts out。 this was very addicting to read。 i had to study for my final and i legit kept telling myself “one more chapter”， only to find my self nearing the end of the book last night。 I SHOULD NOT READ ZAPATA WHEN I NEED TO FOCUS ON UNI。 luna may just be one of the most mature main girls i have read about in a romance book。 i really do admire the w （3。5） this is the lowest rating i have given a zapata book， and it’s still a good one， very much a testament to how much i enjoy reading anything she puts out。 this was very addicting to read。 i had to study for my final and i legit kept telling myself “one more chapter”， only to find my self nearing the end of the book last night。 I SHOULD NOT READ ZAPATA WHEN I NEED TO FOCUS ON UNI。 luna may just be one of the most mature main girls i have read about in a romance book。 i really do admire the way she took all that crap she’d had to deal with and didn’t let it make her a cold person。 instead it allowed her to have an outlook and mindset in life that was very inspiring， things about being the better person and life being too short to hold grudges。 and also her excelling at a stereotypically male job。。HELLS YEAH。 and nothing makes my heart softer than found family。 i love the relationship she has with the mechanic shop owner and it’s employers。 I LOVED MIGUEL SO MUCH FR。 and doesn’t hurt that i imagined him as miguel angel silvestre too hehe。 the sibling dynamic he has with luna was just the sweetest thing ever。 you might be wondering why i took off 1。5 stars。 it’s cause this was sometimes too damn depressing。 about 75% of luna and rip’s romance was centered around one of them comforting the other when they’re hurt。 and it’s shocking that i say this cause this is one of my favorite tropes ever。 but i just felt like it was repetitive at some point。 and i did enjoy rip and luna。 but i would like them more if not for that and if he was just a bit less of an ass。 overall， i flew through this book。 i legit could not put this down the whole of yesterday。 but it did not give me that OH MY GOD feeling that makes my heart happy yk？ 。。。more
